Today, the Heaven on Earth broke out in violent lightning and thunderstrikes. Rain poured onto the streets endlessly. It felt as if the world has arrived at Judgment Day.


Later in the day, I learned of the “King of Pop” Michael Jackson’s passing. It gave me a chill in the spine. Not only did the Heaven on Earth grieve for MJ’s loss; everything I did today felt very dull, unimportant, and slow.


Similar to Lady Diana’s tragic passing in 1998, I can confidently claim that a stormy day like June 25, 2009 is something to not look forward to.
